Agentic AI

Agentic AI that takes real action in your business, under real oversight.

Most ai agents for business stop at answering questions in a chat window. Our ai agent development services build business operations ai agents that actually do the work — read the ticket, check the system, take the action — with a first working agent live in as little as 3 weeks.

Challenges we solve

The problems that bring
teams to us to build an agent.

If any of these sound familiar, another chatbot isn't the fix — a properly scoped agent is. Here's how we approach it.

An agent that only ever answers questions

It can tell you what to do. It can't actually go do it — which means someone still has to.

No guardrails on what it's allowed to touch

Give an agent access to a real system without limits, and one bad decision becomes everyone's problem.

Built on data too messy for an agent to trust

An agent making decisions on inconsistent, ungoverned data will confidently make the wrong ones.

No clear escalation when the agent's unsure

Without a defined handoff to a human, the agent either guesses or grinds to a halt.

The High Digital approach

Built to act,
not just to answer.

Most ai agent development services stop at a convincing chat interface. Ours starts with the actual action the agent needs to take, and is built with the guardrails and escalation paths that make it safe to trust with a real system.

Why it matters

An agent that talks about the work isn't the same as one that does it.

Plenty of "AI agents" are chatbots with better branding — they suggest, they don't act. Ours are built to take the actual next step in a process, with clear permissions and a defined handoff to a human whenever it's genuinely unsure.

Takes action, not just conversation

Reads the ticket, checks the system, updates the record — the agent does the actual work, not just describes it.

Guardrails defined before autonomy

Every agent's permissions, escalation paths and failure modes are agreed before it touches a real system.

Built on data an agent can actually trust

Agentic decisions are only as good as the data behind them — we build that foundation, not just the agent on top.

AI-accelerated, senior-led build

AI-assisted tooling handles the scaffolding so senior engineers focus on the judgment calls that determine whether the agent's safe to trust.

How we work

A working method, not a deck of phases.

01

Discover

We get into the detail. Stakeholders, constraints, data, and the real problem you're trying to solve.

02

Strategise

We sketch the smallest version that proves the outcome. A clear plan, a tight scope, no fluff.

03

Build

Cross-functional pods of engineers, designers, and data folk. Working software every week.

04

Scale

We harden it, instrument it, and stick around. Roadmaps, reviews, and a team that knows your stack.

Not sure which process is actually ready for an agent? Ask the engineer who'd build it.

Book a 30-minute working session with a senior AI engineer — a real conversation about your workflow, not a sales call.

The people behind the work
“An agent that talks about the work isn't the same as one that does it. We'd rather ship something narrow that actually takes an action than something broad that only ever suggests one.”

Sectors we've deployed AI agents for.

Every sector has repetitive, rules-based work worth automating properly — we've built the agents that do it across all of these.

FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

A chatbot or copilot answers questions and waits for a human to act. An agent takes the next step itself — reading a ticket, checking a system, updating a record, triggering a workflow — within permissions you define, and only escalates to a person when it's genuinely uncertain.
The best fits are repetitive, rules-based processes with clear systems of record — triage and routing, data entry and reconciliation, monitoring and alerting, first-pass customer responses. If a process is high-judgment or high-stakes with no room for error, that's a case for tighter oversight, not full autonomy, at least to start.
Every agent gets defined permissions for what it can and can't touch, a confidence threshold below which it escalates to a human, and logging so every action is auditable after the fact. We start with narrower autonomy and expand it once the agent's proven itself, not the other way round.
A first working agent for a single process is typically live within 3 weeks. Broader rollouts across multiple workflows take longer, depending on how many systems the agent needs to integrate with.
We agree the business metric upfront — hours saved, cases resolved without escalation, error rate versus the manual process — and measure against that after deployment, not just whether the agent technically works. An agent that's technically impressive but doesn't move a real number isn't a win.

We'll help you
ship it.

  • You're building a data product and need a team that can deliver.
  • You want to get AI-ready — pragmatically, not theoretically.
  • Your reporting is a mess and you need a real platform underneath it.
